INGREDIENTS
Quick Oats
Chobani Yoghurt
10g Shredded Coconut
1 scoop Whey Protein
100g Lite Coconut Milk
40g Blueberries
METHOD
Cold
- Mix oats and shredded coconut in a bowl.
- Mix Lean Whey in 200 – 300ml of water and coconut milk then shake.
- Pour Lean Whey mixture over oat and coconut mix.
- Add yoghurt and blueberries on top and serve.
Hot
- Mix Lean Whey in 200 – 300ml of water and coconut milk then shake.
- Pour mixture into a pot over a moderate heat.
- Add oats and shredded coconut to protein mixture then keep stirring.
- Once thick remove from the heat and pour into a bowl.
- Top with yoghurt and blueberries to serve.
